Boil five cups of water in glass or Corningware then add 4 tabelspoons of the herb. Let it simmer for 30 minutes. After simmering, let steep for 20 minutes and allow it to cool. Pour into a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator. Drink 3-4 times a day. 30 minutes prior to meal, drink one 8 ounce glass or more if needed.
