Between the charcoal powder, tablet, and capsule, what is more effective? |
It depends on the use. For External use, powder is better because a poultice is made from charcoal powder, flaxseed meal, and water. For faster results with internal use, powder is better but capsule and tablet are equally effective. Tablets are great for toothaches, oral infection and sore throat. Suck on the charcoal tablet and let it dissolve slowly. If you have open wound in the mouth and lips, it may stain.
