3 tablespoons of flax seed ground 3 tablespoons of Charcoal powder |

¡Ü Equipment |
| |
| |
Underpad, blue chulk, cloth, or gauze Piece of plastic (don't need it when you use blue chulk) Bandage Tape |

¡Ü Steps |
| |
| |
1. Mix the flax seed ground and the charcoal powder with a cup of water.
2. Set the mixture aside for 10-20 minutes to thicken or heat it slightly.
3. Spread the thickened mixture on an underpad, blue chulk, cloth, or gauze.
4. Fold it in half and seal it with masking tape.
5. Place the poultice on the desired area.
6. Cover the poultice with a piece of plastic to keep it moist.
7. Fasten the poultice onto the surface with a bandage.

2. Spread it over a piece of paper towel, gauze or clothe.

4. Cover the poultice with a piece of plastic.
